I have had the most disgusting experience with this hotel and staff. Upon arrival to the hotel no one was at the front desk. Once I got checked in and we went to the room we were hit with a smell so pungent. It smelled as if there were dead animals in the room. I complained on 4 different occasions and was told there's no rooms available and to contact the general manager. During checkout I was told I'd be refunded. Weeks later I wasn't refunded after going back and forth with new management who also agreed I was to be refunded. Fast forwarded to august 16th after going back and forth with comfort inn and ***********, comfort inn charges my card again for the same amount I should be refunded for. They claimed they can't do that because they don't have my card information. I had *********** call them and they told them my last 4 digits of my card number and claimed to have sent a refund that booking still does not have available in their system. I believe this hotel has scammed me and when I called them again today completely irate I was hung up on at least 8 times by the front desk lady. I am so disgusted with the behavior of the employees at this location. I am currently still on hold with *********** who can't quite understand why they haven't received the approval for my refund as of yet.
