We had a great experience! We received a mailer from them and were leery at first, but it turned out to be a wonderful company to work with! They got us an awesome rate and walked us through every step of the process!

Well where do I start. Everything was going good in the beginning then as time went on it just kept on dragging out. We where 2 and a half months from start to finish and I never had to supply so much information before. I refinance twice before on other homes but this one took forever and so much more info they needed. Greg our finance coordinator did a good job on relaying info to me and he was the only one. I would not do business with them again but I probably won't refinance again anyway.Meridian Home Mortgage Corporation Response

Yes while they needed more documentation and as soon as I got that information it was handed in that day. I know Covid has everything slowed down but 2 and half months is way to long. We had to borrow money from my father to pay for our propane cause we where not aloud to make big purchases in those 2 and half months. Also missed a vacation with friends because once again could not make big purchases. So everything was fine though out the loan it was just the length of time. Way to long!!Review from Ryan C

Recently finished a cashout refi with Meridian. I have ZERO COMPLAINTS. Every person I dealt with was fantastic, communicated with me, and really seemed to genuinely care.
