May 13, 2023, I visited the store in Middle River, MD. Selected and made a purchase for day bed. I asked the salesperson to check and ensure the item was available before i made the purchase. She assured me it was available for delivery on following Wednesday (5/17). On May 16, 2023, I received a call from a store associate stating they received a call from the warehouse that the item was not available and if I wanted to make another selection of something I cannot use (twin bed or bunkbed) nor looking for. I asked about full refund and was given an email address vs a phone number for their customer service. I immediately contacted customer service requesting a full refund. Customer service requested I send them a copy of my receipt (they don't have a system that tracks purchases from any stores). After several back and forth emails, I forwarded a copy of the receipt to the person on the email Allen Jones. This morning, I sent another follow up email to sales and customer service department asking if someone can provide me an update on when I can expect to receive my refund and no one has responded. I will NOT EVER SHOP WITH PRICEBUSTERS!! Nor will I recommend them to anyone. I NEED MY REFUND ASAP!!
