“Integrity” the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles That is how I describe Peak Custom Remodeling. My home is only 4 years old, during a very windy storm this summer I found several shingles on my patio. I wasn’t too concerned only because our house was new. But when my neighbor said they were going to check their roof out I thought I probably should too. So, I called PEAK because they helped me out at my old house. That house was a Victorian built in 1889 with a very tall peak roof. Well, all I can say is I’m so very glad I did. Not only were shingles missing but there was exposed wood!! My neighbor had already gotten their roof repaired by another company. But when PEAK did mine they also checked my neighbors the job was not good with still exposed wood. Needless to say I will always be a true blue PEAK customer forever!!

I would never recommend this company. They are not willing to negotiate within your budget. They are rude and disrespectful as well. I called and was this attitude city. They are telling me what to do etc. No way you should ever deal with this company!I have never been treated so ignorantly and rudely . Please this was only a call for a quote. Can you imagine if they came to your home? Stay away from this company.

You requested a siding estimate, for which our design consultant does a full color 3D rendering & design of your home with you. For this we do request that any other decision members and/or homeowners are there as it’s crucial to be able to successfully complete the design process and get mutually agreed upon brand, material, style, and color choices and combinations not to mention to do our best to stay within an agreed upon budget. I have listened to the call recording and have heard that When explaining this, and understanding that it might not work for everyone but it’s how we have found things work best for us and for most of our customers, you began to raise your voice at my staff and become hostile on the phone. We did our best to stay calm and professional and certainly didn’t mean to offend anyone by trying to meet with everyone involved for your project. We also NEVER give estimates over the phone - our call center reps would have absolutely no way of giving even a ballpark. I sincerely apologize that somehow you were left with a negative experience and we always respect that like any company we may not be the best for for everyone, but I really don’t understand this review….

They installed the glass in my to front doors wrong

We reached out to the manufacturer twice on the customer's behalf requesting more details about the glass and the privacy glass. This was their response:

"Regarding the glue chip glass and how it is adhered/designed in the doors. The inner pane of glass has the glue chip film adhered to it and the outer pane of glass on the door has the low-e coating that provides the unit its energy efficiency.

This is the only way the door is designed with the privacy glass options - there is no way to have the glue chip adhered to both of the panes of glass due to design purposes and also then there would be no place for the low-e coating on the glass to make it energy efficient."

I'm sorry that in hindsight after installation this isn't what the customer wanted as he wants to match the window above but this is the way the door is designed and manufactured. There are no defects, imperfections, or issues with the product or installation quality. If there ever is a warranty issue whether it be a manufacturer concern or one with installation the customer still has a lifetime warranty.
