I was very happy after my roof was installed. However, I noticed that I still had water issues around the front window and door - which seemed to be getting worse over time. After my neighbor's home caught fire, and the firemen came out, that was when I found a 'puddle' in my front closet. I could not understand what was happening, so I had plumbers, roof inspector, neighbor's roofing company, and Topper all come out to try and locate the problem. Chris M*****, with Topper, promised to come out to my home during the next big rainstorm to try and troubleshoot. But when I called him, he never called me back. Come to find out, my neighbor's roofer told me they found a 'kickout' missing on the front corner of my home when installing my neighbor's roof. So, he said they went ahead and installed one while they were there. And I have not had any water issues since. So, it would appear that my water damage may be related to sloppy work on Topper's part. I also told Chris about missing kickout. Never got a response when I asked him what the function of a kickout was. Nor did they care to return my call, do any further investigation, or anything else to make this right. I know they are just waiting for my warranty to expire.
