In 2018, I had them side and roof my house and install new gutters. They also trussed a small area of the roof that had a flat roof. I bought the Owens Corning Platinum preferred warranty which covers the roof for 50 years and their workmanship. I paid extra above the agreed amount to have two areas fixed where dormers used to be that they found issues with during tear off. They were also supposed to replace any rotted wood on the roof. They did not fix the dormer areas but attempted to. They took down the ceilings in two closets where the dormers used to be and then just left them down with all the insulation mess all over the closet floors. I had to fix those myself. They had to cut a ridge vent and vent area behind my gutters for the roof to breathe. Instead of using the Owens Corning vented drip product that I paid for, they used a knock off product and incorrectly installed it, causing the walls to leak. One of the pictures I am attaching shows the product I paid for and the other photos show what they installed. They did return 3-4 times to try and fix the areas that were leaking to no avail. In doing so, they installed flashing between the shingles and the roof which separated the starter strip. And the last time I called, the owner told me he wasn't coming back to do any more "free' work! I've had to file a claim with Owens Corning and am still waiting to get my roof fixed. Two separate Owens Corning preferred contractors have inspected it and both say the roof, and vented drip area all needs torn off and redone. I have water staining and drywall sagging on my interior ceilings. I was also told by the companies that inspected everything that there is j channel missing in places. The area they trussed also was not done right and there is rotted wood still according to the two other contractors that inspected it. All American did not caulk everything and sent a guy out to do that but he still failed to get it all caulked. They were very nice at 1st until the owner got rude, told me to deal with Owens Corning, then hung up on me.
