An information technology service provider with offices in Baltimore and Harford County talks with BBBBBB: Tell us about your company.Kocarek: With a master’s degree in IT and Civil Engineering, I began a career of working in the field of Technology in Vienna, Austria before making a home here in America in 1998. After furthering my studies in the Baltimore area, I started my own IT Company 12 years ago. Since then, the company has steadily grown and now offers specialized service, which caters to the sensitive needs of Medical Offices and Law Firms, as well as, a wide variety of companies within the general industry sector. Our company strives to hire professionals of high integrity and character; bringing the best possible solution and satisfaction to our customers is our number one priority. BBB: Who are your customers? Kocarek: We service all types of businesses from small companies just starting out, to larger established professional businesses within the Greater Baltimore Washington area. Some of our clients include Medical Offices, Law Firms, Commercial Realtors, Industrial and Home Improvement Company's, etc. In addition, BBB serving Greater Maryland is also one of our long time, valued customers. Our support is customized to service the needs of each individual business. Typical clients have as few as five and up to a hundred computers. BBB: What are you most proud of about your business? Kocarek: We provide very personal and professional support. Our clients sometimes think they are the only ones we support because we respond so much quicker than the standard industry time, even though we service over 35 companies. The standard industry time is three hours, and we almost always respond within 10-30 minutes. We pride ourselves on preventive maintenance and detailed monitoring, where we detect issues before they develop into costly/time-consuming problems for our client. We can put the fire out, but we strive to prevent the spark. We truly care about our clients and we treat each client's business as if it were our own.BBB: How do you convey trust? Kocarek: By being who we are - straight forward and loyal to our customers. We try to take the burden of IT from our customers so they can focus on their business. I tell my team, "See the issue from the client’s perspective and you will make the right decisions."BBB: How has BBB impacted your business? Kocarek: We are proud to be affiliated with BBB and we strive to maintain our A+ rating by providing our clients with exceptional service.
