[Nashville, TN] - BBB again warns consumers of the business practices of All in One Recycling, Murfreesboro, TN, (615.216.4826 - AllInOneRecycling.com).Nearly 160 consumers residing in Antioch, Brentwood, La Vergne, Murfreesboro, Nolensville, Rockvale, Shelbyville and Smyrna, TN have submitted complaints to BBB, citing the company’s failure to provide recycling collection services, failure to give refunds for prepaid services, and the inability to remove customer credit card information from the company’s website in an effort to avoid future charges for no service. One consumer said, “They have taken my money and I'm left with a cart full of over 2 months’ worth of recycling and no answers.”Another consumer said, “There is never anyone who answers the phone. The automatic voice message says "all our trucks are being serviced.”Consumers contacting BBB allege that automatic deductions for service are made against their credit or debit cards. Despite the company’s terms and conditions on their website, (“You the customer reserve the right to cancel service at any time”), they are unable to gain the company’s cooperation in ceasing charges. “Not receiving the service that continues to pull out my payment. Can't contact anyone for months”, said another consumer.BBB first alerted the public to this company’s business practices in 2017, as complaints skyrocketed with 118 total disputes filed against All in One Recycling for that year alone. In just the first 31 days of 2018, BBB has received 38 new complaints against the business bringing the total value of services not provided to consumers in excess of $23,000.
