Top Businesses with the Most Unanswered Complaints: Valve Corporation: The Bellevue, Washington business has failed to respond to more than 700 complaints. Customer complaints range from customer service to billing and refund issues. Fontiene: This Portland, Oregon business has failed to respond to more than 40 complaints. Customer complaints included issues with customer service and delivery. FreeTom Prosthetics: This business, located in Portland, Oregon has failed to respond to more than 20 complaints. Issues with the company include delivery and customer service. BBB has reached out to each of these companies in an effort to address the underlying causes of its pattern of complaints.
