Jennifer Sullivan Hincapie, Commercial Broker with KeenanSuggs Insurance, has been elected chair of the Better Business Bureau® (BBB) of the Upstate South Carolina Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2015. She succeeds Troy Hulehan, Operations Controller at The Spinx Company. Hincapie will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s 30-member board and for monitoring and strengthening the programs and services within the BBB’s ten-county service area.A graduate from the University of South Carolina, Hincapie holds degrees in finance and risk management. Her background includes over 20 years in the insurance industry, and she has earned and maintains the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager and Commercial Builder Insurance Associate. Hincapie currently serves as the past president of the Greenville Professional Women’s Forum.
