Shirley Perry, Executive Response Manager, and Consumer Care Supervisor, with Michelin North America and Skyler Jackson, Business Development Officer, with Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union.“As the Executive Response Manager here at Michelin, I am involved with complaints/concerns/issues consumers and dealers may have on a daily basis,” says Perry. “I am excited for the opportunity to serve as a BBB Board Member to continue advancing trust and confidence in the marketplace here in the ever growing Upstate.”Joining 23 other community leaders as board directors, Shirley and Skyler will have governance oversight of the BBB policies, procedures.
