Nigel’s Story:Nigel is the co-owner of Ruffell & Brown with Debra Ruffell. The duo has been in business for 37 years – incorporating in 1987. Ruffell and Brown is one of the largest volume stores in Canada in terms of being an independent operation. Nigel started in the window covering business in 1980 and then spent a year as manager at Island Window Coverings in 1986 where he met Deborah and they partnered to open the business in 1987.
