On March 21. 2023, I got my vehicle aligned at Oasis Tires. The day before this, I had my front suspension rebuilt. When done, we double checked our work and drove the car around the neighborhood to check for any odd noises. There was absolutely 0 noise coming from the suspension or the brakes. When I drove to Oasis Tires the next day, again, I made sure there was no odd noises the whole drive there, there was absolutely none it drove like a brand new car! When my alignment was done, I got in my car and started pulling out of the parking lot, and the first thing I heard was a very loud constant screeching coming from the brakes. I thought this was maybe metal on metal grinding from an ungreased sway bar link, but after about 30 minutes of driving I went out to look at my brakes, and the brake dust shield was rubbing against my rotor. I moved the shield back and revealed a massive gap in my brand new rotor that I just got 1 week ago. I came back to the business the next day on March 23, 2023 to try and resolve the situation peacefully, seeking not even a refund for the alignment, but a rotor replacement for the damaged they caused. I spoke to a manager by the name of *******************, and explained there was no way this could have been my doing, because I have before and after pictures, and Im very tideous about my car and check it on a daily basis, but as soon as I pulled out of Oasis Tires, theres suddenly a constant screeching so how can that be? He then got very hostile, and went on to tell me this was not their doing and that he will not replace my damaged rotor because he believed this was not his fault. I explained that accidents happen and I know this wasnt intentional, but that I knew this wasnt me or my original mechanics doing because this sound was very loud and distinct, louder than my engine, I would have most definitely heard this sound before coming to the store at least. He continued to deny and refuse me of a new rotor nor his bosses contact information.
