Service has become inconsistent throughout the years regardless of contract service period agreed to. I contracted the provider for a bimonthly service; but it seemed that the provider would always get ahead each service period. In other words, a bimonthly service would require 6 service visits per year; but by the end of the year the service charges would exceed the contracted service agreement. When I complained on serval occasions the service provider would change my service agreement to accommodate less service visits that would entail an increase of the service fees, without notice. In addition, the service provider would never provide an invoice or proof of service. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ********************************** The tenants at my rental properties would complain that the exterminator did not do the inside of the home. When I confronted the service provider and asked to bill me through conventional methods (US mail statement with NET 30 payable) to track the services provided; it seemed unreasonable to them, and the provider terminated by service on both my rental properties and residential home. The service provider was at onetime reliable and consistent as I contracted with them for many years; however, it seems that they have become complacent with time and their longevity has not necessarily provided them better wisdom on providing their customer with better service.

We respectfully disagree with Mr. ***** comments, Sunset is willimg to sit down and present copies of a service reports and other records of credit card payments on his home and those of rental property to disput Mr. *****.displeasures. Service reports are giving to all customers to which show date of service, time, areas where services were performed, it is then handed over for a signature. *************************************************************** ************************

With respect to Mr. Fernando's comments: It is assumed that they would without dissent dispute the fact that services were performed *************************************** to the associated properties; however, the reports from the actual tenants at said properties will affirm and have attested and witnessed that indeed services were omitted. (in most cases the outside of the property was not services because of assess by their technician) While I will not argue that SSPM may have performed some service at said properties including my residential home; I never denied that they did not; however, the full complete service (as stipulated per the fees they assessed) to include both the inside and outside can be argued******************. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** **. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ******************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *****************************************************
