My children and I paid for COVID rapid testing in this lab before traveling to my sister in ** for Thanksgiving. We got the results and I got a positive result. Not conformed with this result, my son called to inquire and they didn't even check, they just said it was right. We canceled the trip and I went to get tested elsewhere the next day and that result was negative. I called this lab to let the know and the supervisor, ***************************, told me during our phone conversation that I could get an antibody test and if it was negative, I would get the refund I was requested. Thankfully I had my children listening to the conversation as they were just as upset as I am. I got the antibody test and it's negative. Both the director and her called me ******************** which leads me to believe I was given someone else's results in the first place. Now they won't issue the refund after I proved their results were wrong and there's probably a ******************** out there with the wrong results (mine) too. I asked for refund of the 4 tests because we don't trust this place, the Target order I had place for stuff we were taking on the trip I canceled and ******* order for the food I had to buy since we had to stay and couldn't go out due to the fake "positive" results. We each paid $99 for the test. My dad passed away on 07/01/2021 and we wanted to spend the first Thanksgiving without him, together. Due to this error, we were not able to and they are refusing the refund they said I would get if I provided the negative antibody test.
