            The builder will not honor their warranty. I have called and emailed about AC issues and they never resolve the problem. My 2 yr mechanical warranty expired 08/20/2022 and I submitted a warrant request for the *** I have called numerous times for this same issue. This service call was in reference to a rattling noise coming from the furnace. Their ac tech took the unit apart and supposedly fixed and the rattling stopped for a few days. The rattling has returned and worse than before. I just want them to fix the issue that is all I want. Another AC tech that I hired to come inspect the unit told me the unit the builder installed is too small. I told the builder and the warranty guy denied my complaint. Another issue I have with them is the water flooding into the garage. I have sent them numerous emails and spoke to the warranty guy, *******, and they tell Me its no big deal. Water ponds in my garage. That is not normal. There is an evident dip i the slab in the garage.

            Where do we begin, for one this is our first home and we were expecting to love it and simple be comfortable. WRONG! First week in we have rocks and dirt coming in from our drainage, come to find out they installed a broken pipe. Then 2 weeks later we had to call various times because we had an issue where our backyard rock wall fell over to our neighbors house 3 times, even though we were "guaranteed" that they were fixed each time. We're 3 to 4 months into our home at this point and since we were told our walls were washable (only water), we decide to wipe them down... jokes on us because as soon as we wiped our paint completely comes off. There we are again calling to get it fixed, as they fix is we start to see the nails and bolts from every wall up to our roof are now showing. They come "fix" it. They look at the paint that was left for us by them and realize it's watered down, meaning the paint on our walls was more water than paint. What a surprise! 6 months in we start to see random stains on our roof, and we come to find out we have a leak. *** ********* ******* ** **** **** *** *** ******** ***** *** ***** ***** *** ********* ***** ****** ** **** ***** ** **** *** **** **** **** * **** *** ******* **** *** **** ********** ******* ****** ***** *** *** **** **** * **** ** ******** ** *** *** ** ******* * *** **** **** **** ** ******* *** ** * ** **** ***** ** ********* ********* ** ** *** **** **** *** **** *** **** **** *** ***** *** * ******* **** **** ****** ** *** ********** ** *** ******* ********** *** ** *********** How were we able to close on a home that was not even move in ready? ** ********** *** ** ********** ******** Almost a year later we are still waiting for them to finish the roof, the paint *** *** ** *******... We have called and requested to speak to the owner ****** ********** for over 9 months and have yet heard from him. I do not recommend this company, I regret buying this home! ** * ***** ***** * ***** * ******
