I have come on financial hardship and I called First Light to let them know I had just made a payment. ******* in collections is who I spoke to and she was not listening to me when I said I just made a payment. It was less than what was required but this is all I had. ******* threatened me with a repossession of my car when I have not received a letter. I then asked to speak to ****** the representative I was working with previously. ******* asked me to hold and instead released the call.Review from Art N

It is unbelievable how this bank can have proof your direct deposit or retirement deposit is in their hands and have a hold on people money. Moving my personal and business accounts out of this bank. ** ** ** ****** **** **** * ****. * **** * ***** **** ***** This is a horrible thing I will never bank with them ever again. I had a good payment history with them and I decided to open up another bank account with another company so I close out their bank account. And they allowed ****** ******* to charge my account after it was already closed out I had no knowledge of it so by the time I figured it out I ended up owing them money for a transaction that was never supposed to go through on my account. I finally paid them off once I got knowledge of it and they still left a negative derogatory mark on my credit history. Not only has it been over 10 years since I have opened an account with them but it is also well past the statute of limitation. I have got in contact with them and ask them kindly to please remove these remarks off my credit and they refused to. Stay far away from them they are the worst bank in the world.Review from KARTIK H

I finished paying off my car loan and they sent my title to a wrong address. They are negligent at work and I had to followup with my post office for the mail, spend money on gas and making calls. I understand that everyone makes mistakes but no compensation was provided by their customer service, as a courtesy for causing me a lot of inconvenience!
