            We took our Buick in for a minor front end collision and have had nothing but trouble with J&H.. When they finally called us, 30 days later, to pick up our car we found several items NOT fixed properly and a NEW scratch in the passenger side door. *************************************************************** ***************************** The windshield wiper washer also did not work and after 4 trips back and forth they finally got it right. The A/C also did not work after the wreck and they would not fix it, claimed it was not working BEFORE the accident.
            It was their attitude though that really bothered us, everything from the scratch to the A/C unit was OUR fault

            I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced here. I also want to apologize for the delay on the repairs as we are short staffed. There is no excuse for you to have to bring back your vehicle 4 times before it was fixed correctly. I will talk to my estimator that was handling this claim and bring up the attitude as that is not how we talk to our customers here.

            I will use this experience within our customer satisfaction process to be sure we do not make this mistake again.
