      Beware, my vehicle has been in the shop since october 15, I was told that it would take 3 weeks for repair. The deadline quickly approached and the car has not even been started on. I was patient and checked in every two weeks and there was no sense of urgency on the bodyshops behalf. Casa collision is very unethical and will avoid accountability at all cost. Long story short, were going on 3 Months and the car is still in their possession, holding my livelihood hostage. Save yourself of going through this pain and DO NOT conduct business with Casa Collision Center: where their modus operandi is look after your best interest not the clients!

      ******* ***** DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! if you have to go through ***** look elsewhere you will regret taking your car here. The shop front desk lady provides no communication with when and where in the process when my vehicle will be complete. The lady just tells me to call me back which she never does. They never call me when an update , I have to call them and when I do the lady knows nothing. My car has been there for 3 months now, *** * ** ****** *** ** *** ******** *** * ***** **** ** ***** ** ****** ******* this shop provides no communiction on anything. There are constant delays without you being informed until you reach out to the shop. Poor way to do business AVOID AT ALL COST.

      I was call by casa Collision, abut 4 times stating me that my frontier 2023 was ready and supervised by **** ********* *******, wreck on December 03/2023, this job look nice, but **** ****agree with me to get a professional 2nd review, he found abut 20 wrongfull issues one part missing and the box framework still up/ bend. Please stay farway from this casa collision!.
