I placed a deposit of $2500 on OCT 14th 2021. I was given only an estimated delivery date for spring 2022. When that time came, I called Sun Ray Hot Tubs & Patio to inquire about delivery time of the hot tub. I was told not only by the employee but also by the manager that it will now be delivered fall 2022. I called again at that time and was given the same "lack" of an answer. I wrote a ****** review of the business' poor service and customer service. The ***** of the ********************** called me shortly afterward and explained the same response of COVID delays, the location of manufacture was having difficulties, etc. As of today, August 24, 2023, we have yet to receive the hot tub nor any given any information regarding delivery.Review from Wes M

I have had numerous problems with my hot tub since I hadn't used it for 3 years. **** and *** were so helpful and walked me through the repair process in a timely manner. They saved me hundreds since I didn't need a service call. I highly recommend Sunray Spas!Review from Taylor S

Very dissatisfied with Sunray spas, we ordered a hot tub in Feb. 2021. We were told the delivery date would be in the summer of 2021. We called in June to check on the progress and were told they were having issues locating parts, moving warehouse and that we wouldn't get the tub at that time. We have called several times since and every time the delivery date is pushed back. We are now told we wouldn't get our tub until February of 2022. A full year after ordering!! We recently called and ask for our deposit back and the salesman hung up on us.Review from Linda F

Terrible service from their salesman who is a fast talking rude person who is providing terrible service and ruining your business reputation **** *******. If we would have read the reviews that we all the same in 2016, 2017, 2020 what we have been given we would have never went back to order a hot tub cover. **** ******* explain to your people to take two minutes and be sincere instead of blaming your customers for taking food off the tables of your workers. Then he hung up on me. Blaming COVID, sure, Blaming material sure, but don’t bring your employees into it.Review from Natasha P.

***** *** ******** These people give timelines like the current government administrations. They were more than happy to take our cash deposit last September, fast forward to May 2021 we have yet to receive our product we have put $2500 down for. Our original eta given was 4-6 month because they were operating at 90% capacity ‘due to COVID’. Now we are given an additional 4-6 week wait time and refuse to return our cash deposit of $2500. If this so called manufacturer hasn’t been able to deliver product in the past 8 months due to ‘COVID’ why are they still taking peoples money, how has the bank not come to collect every asset they have in house because in reality they should be bankrupt due to not being able to deliver product. DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE ******
