Hiring Rolly’s Renovations was so smart!!! Roland and Gale had done my neighbour’s house in 2020 and every time I walked by I was impressed with how particular they were. When I decided to do insulation and siding over my stuccoed house, including window capping, I called Rolly’s for a quote. They were very competitive and had great ideas on colours and accents. When they noted some additional aspects that they could fix for me, I was worried about additional costs, but they said there would be no additional charge. (No one else offered more than what I specifically asked for.) Roland had me arrange for the meter pipes to be moved, and for the telephone and cable wires to be cleaned up so the siding would look neater. (I did not have to pay for these services and Roland was onsite to direct the work.) He repositioned/cemented gate posts that were impacted by the siding. The better my house looked, the more little projects I asked Roland to do (side my shed, capping around my garage door). Lots of additional work and so willing to help. The quality of the work is outstanding. Roland and Gale have an incredible work ethic. They are both so kind and thoughtful, and generous with their time. I was sad when they were finished because I enjoyed having them around while they were working on my house because they are good people, and they taught me so much. I’ve hired many contractors and have never been as impressed as I was in July 2021 when Rolly’s Renovations beautified my home. You will never regret hiring them. Thanks so much, Roland and Gale, for all you did. Everyone keeps telling me how beautiful my house is! PS I have hired Rolly’s Renovations to do some exterior siding renovations at my son’s home this spring because I know they are THE BEST!
