Purchased a arctic spa Fox model in 2019. In 2021 one motor blew up and contaminated the cabinet with brown residue. Called for servicemen to repair. Was told they would clean the cabinet(they did not) we had cleaned it’s much as we could. Since then we have been dealing with the contamination which is in all air lines and makes it’s way into the water which leaves a dark brown ring in the spa. September 13/2022 we we’re offered a buy back option however they ask us to call back in a week for the amount. Left message no reply back. When I got a response back they had refused the buy back option stating under new management decision. They only offered a new fox model which we didn’t not like the new design. Then they said they will check other locations for a pre 2020 Fox spa. All but one had replied back. Still waiting a month for that response. If I’m not the one contacting them I would not hear anything back. They have not been upfront with this issue. Unfortunately they have come up with no solutions. Still waiting for contact from them. Customer service has been extremely poor since the offer of a buy back option was made to us.
