I applied with this company in 2019 for a Pardon. At that time I did not meet the criteria so my file was returned to Alberta Pardons. In March 2021 the laws changed and I was eligible again for a Pardon due to the terms changing for the wait times. I applied again and had to pay again for another background check as I had moved. This was July 2021, I have teacher out multiple times through email and phone. Received an employment letter for a job and after that all communications seized. I called the ************ to find out the status of my application to find out it was mailed back October 2021. I am out over $1000 in fees I paid to Alberta Pardons for their applications fees, police check and fingerprinting. Alberta Pardons is NO longer a company. I recently hired Albert pardons specifically ***** ***** to complete a US entry waiver on my behalf. He did not properly advise me or put the time or effort to go through the documents he requested from me prior to submitting my application. He also disclosed some of my private information I provided to him on his websites google reviews after I criticized him for the job he did on my waiver application. I believe this is a violation of a clients privacy and ethics terms which he clearly violated.Canada Pardons and US Waivers Response

As summarized on the ****** review: I told you was it was going to be a lot more difficult to get you a US Waiver, after being denied, and after I saw what all was on your RCMP Record; I said having *** ***** ******* *** ****** **** ********* ** ***** ***** **** **** **** **** ***** *** ****** * ******** ******* ***, it was going to be very difficult to get you a Waiver, but if you are willing to try and money was not an issue, we would do it, but there were no guarantees and odds are you would be denied. At the time you said money was not a problem and that you made a million dollars last year, and that you really needed to go to the USA in order to advance your business, and so you had no choice but to try again after the crime-free 5-year period. My parting advice to you is, the next company you choose to help you do a US Waiver application, you start by emailing them a recent copy of your RCMP Record and the last Letter of Denial.
