              I traded my truck in for a vehicle that is more affordable in payments. The deal I got from Kentwood **** was shady. I was sold warranty for the new vehicle only to find out three months down the road that the warranty was void on the day the deal was made; which cause so much negative equity in the car loan that the car can not be traded for almost a year. The vehicle is a 2019 and it does not suit my family, we can not use it for a family car when my boyfriend joins us for a family outing and it uses a lot of gas (which drains my tight family budget, and being a single mom that is not good). I had someone working with me on my behalf and when they were talking to staff at Kentwood about the shady deal they put me in, the staff member of Kentwood **** laughed and thought it was a joke. So I highly recommend people to stay away from Kentwood **** and go some else. The staff of Kentwood **** thinks it's a joke when they put someone in a car loan with whole a lot of negative equity and don't want to help the person. I am a single mom who got taken and so now I am telling people to stay away from this dealership, Kentwood ****.

              Reached out to customer to understand the warranty issue. There was a keystroke error, so customer has been asked if they would like to keep the warranty, or cancel and have the proceeds sent to the lender and have applied to the principle of the loan. Also tried to trade the customer out of current vehicle into something that will be better for them. Not able to trade at this time.
