    2 stars only because the first group of movers were on time and fast at loading/unloading. A couple things became broken in the move and they made us aware, which I was more than understanding of. However I overhead one mover telling another one that he had drug a couch and it ripped. I thought he was talking about another move, but sad to say I found the damage once we built this expensive custom couch. Several other pieces of furniture were damaged with scratches/chunks of wood missing due to no wrapping. We are also missing 3 ATV helmets that we have noticed so far. My husband is 100% sure 5 went in the second trailer from the storage unit and I only witnessed 2 come out on the unloading end. Needless to say, I wonder what else magically disappeared in the mode that we havent noticed yet. My husband has called numerous times, left voicemails and finally got ahold of one employee who said she would relay the message and send the pictures of the damage to the couch. Havent heard one word back from the manager and its been 2 1/2 months of trying. Very disappointed in the whole overall experience and wish we would have spoke to more people about using this company who warned us to stay away after the fact and not just trusted the ****** reviews.

    Good Afternoon,Sorry to hear you were not happy with the service you received. I have followed up and on Sept 19, 2023 we received a call about your August 1 move telling us that you could not find 3 bike helmets, and that the couch had rub marks and a seam that is peeling apart. That one of the guys said he thought he heard a rip when he lifted the sofa. Calls were made immediately to both crews. From what I understand our office did call back and spoke with someone and let them know that there were no helmets left on either truck. Did you check the storage unit to make sure nothing was left behind? I need to point out that when you have a couple storage units full of items it is very possible for furniture to get rub marks/scratches/damaged from being stacked in the unit without blankets. I am not sure what is meant by the first group of movers were on time and fast at loading/unloading. Given that there were 2 storage units and we had a crew finish in the area just before noon we offered to send them to load out the second unit, which would save the 1st crew having to go back for a second load (saves you time and money). This second crew was sent as a courtesy, it was not scheduled which is why they did not arrive at the same time. Our office will try to reach out to you.
