            From profanity spewing movers, to lost items (significant items like my sofa, patio furniture, end tables and multiple boxes) to damaged items, to shipping items that didn’t belong to me, to forgetting about my move and then scrambling the day of, to overcharging me, to not replying to my multiple requests to have my missing items sent, I can unequivocally say that this company is a case study in ineptitude and shadiness. I strongly encourage anyone looking at them to question the authenticity of their google reviews, as I cannot imagine anyone doing a worse job. I’m at the point where I’m pursuing legal action since no one is replying to me at all.

            Highland Moving takes all comments seriously, and have been diligently working to rectify the issues Ms. ******** had. Unfortunately we were removing and shipping only part of her storage unit which we did miss some items, which we acknowledged, We have been trying to get the items on another unit going to Victoria, and were waiting to know when that would be to advise Ms. ********. We have been in touch with Ms. ******** today again, and will advise as soon as we have the items loaded and on route for delivery.
