Refund & Exchange Policy: 
They do not accept payment for a project until our customers are completely satisfied. This alleviates most concerns associated with returns and exchanges. If an issue does develop after completion of the project and it is due to a manufacturer defect within their warranty time frame of the defective merchandise they will work closely with their Clients and the manufacturers to ensure no additional cost is incurred by their Clients. If the result is not due to workmanship, and the manufacturers' warranty has expired they will strive to solve the concern as efficiently as possible with the aim of finding a solution that satisfies their customers concerns with minimal cost impact to their customers. If it is found to be due to workmanship within 2 years of their project ending, they will rectify the specific issue promptly and at no cost to their customer.
