            Had a really good experience with sales department but the service department is pathetic here. Brought my vehicle atleast 10 times for the same issue since the very next day I bought the vehicle last year in march and have even kept my vehicle with them for atleast 1.5 month and everytime I was told it is fixed but it was never.. I wanted my windshield changed and i even dropped my vehicle there and i was told to get a loaner but that loaner was so disgusting and so dirty. There were atleast 10 cups of empty coffee, tissue in side pockets, under driver seat and in arm rest too.. I was told that next day it will be fixed and i will be informed the same day i dropped my vehicle by 4 but after not getting any response till next day 2-3PM i called myself just to know that the new windshield had some broken parts and can’t get it replaced. So, they rescheduled me but when i brought the vehicle on the rescheduled day i came to know that the new windshield is again broken and this thing happened thrice. Now, last week Saturday i brought my vehicle because of some parking sensor issues and they said i have to come with booking on tuesday but due to personal reasons I couldn’t make it on tuesday. So I rescheduled for Friday at 7:45 am and when i was here i came to know that there is no booking. All of the service advisors are really not helpful there.

            My husbands took his car in to check the oil and some other things. Dropped it off Thursday, and then it sat there for 5 days. But according to themanager it really was only 4 days because they were closed on Sunday ( like that makes a difference) and they were back logged. Because thats somehow our problem . He had originally made an appointment, but got a call that said he could get in sooner, so he took it.Said we need a bunch of work done, plus needed new tires , when the ones we have are only a year and half old. So how is that possible. That there put us off. Our bill was OVER 300 bucks for them just to look at it. Thats absolutely insane. When my husband questioned the bill, one person said it seemed high, and the shop manager said yup, looks good. Totally seems like we had been had. Had to move our life around because the car sat there for 5 days oh sorry, 4 days ??. Between the Dont give a c*** attitude and the shadiness of the tires, we will not be back. We will also be telling others to avoid going there so they dont have unnecessary cost. If I could have given no zeros I would have.
