I agree with the review left by *********** Other than I'm not young and would not be considered a minority.... Kross staff very poor at communication as soon as they have you hooked. Even after finally getting my RVR 2.5 months passed there 'latest possible date of delivery, when sales was being negoitiated' they had installed my remote start that didn't even work when I tried it during the walk around! Tail lights and headlights also seem to get moisture inside and had mentioned that as well during the walkaround, looked to be fixed when I did go to leave the lot, but wasn't. Still waiting for an answer from the service department when I contacted them a month ago. Sales people also neglected to give me the proper paperwork (NVIS) to register the new vehicle, so 3 phone calls and emails later, and 3 trips to the registry, they finally sent a Missing NVIS form and factory invoice to my registry which is 2.5 hours away Kross, (rural Alberta). I had a 2015 RVR and wish I would have returned to where I bought it, not Kross. One more thing, I still have not received an original bill of sale, only an e-version, even though I have asked several times for an original, good copy as I don't have printing capability at home.Review from Mivhelle L

They committed contract fraud by push me and lied to me to sign the contract before they deliver the vehicle. They deliver my contract to the bank and started my loan even before the delivery vehicle. They purposely did that so I will be stuck with the loan and the car. They lied to me because they took the advantage of me being young and minority. They lied about the delivering date and didnt communicate with me in advance the vehicle was going to be delayed. They are not worth to trust, and even the manager committed it is their wrong to have me sign the contract early, they still refuse to make any changes. The attitude and customer service is awful. They have failed to commit the delivery date and no communions whatsoever. They would do anything for their benefit and get their lonely commission. They committed contract fraud by submitting the contract to the bank early and thats illegal and have violated the regulations.Review from KIRANDEEP K

Extremely Disappointing Experience! Beware of Kros Mitsubishi! We booked a Mitsubishi RVR for a test drive car, paying $1,000 upfront. Initially quoted $29,000, but later told it's $44,000 + separate insurance. As new immigrants with financial constraints, we had to cancel. Requested a refund, but met with indifference. Based on the information provided here is not enough for me to understand what your concern is.
If you did a deal on a vehicle for $29,000 it would be taxes added and added accessories you may have chosen to add. If you were financing then finance interest would be on top of that total for the term financed, which is the cost of borrowing, this is not in our control and we do not collect those funds this is the bank charges. This is normal costs if you are financing that can only be avoided by paying cash.
If you have details of something we did wrong please provide them and I'll investigate the concern for you.

Recently purchased a $30000 4x4 triton. Salesman took us on their route which only got the car up to 60km/hr. Came back, agreed to buy, didn't haggle price or try and get a better deal, even purchased the $1800 upgraded warranty. We picked car up on sat morning after having to pay an extra $199 for them to spray glen 20 inside the cab as a "covid clean". We went to take it to Bunbury for a drive and as soon as it got up to 100km/hr the car started shaking violently. The car yard is now closed as its after midday, we couldn't continue our trip as planned instead we took the car into a tyre shop. They showed us the front tyres had every second tread block missing, apparently due to the shock absorbers being faulty. I thought this to be odd as I was standing next to my new car that still had southsides 110 point safety check sticker proudly displayed on the windscreen! $3500 later within hours of picking the car up! I contacted the warranty guy and he said it wasn't covered under the $1800 extra warranty I had purchased but he thought the sales team might come to the party because it had just been inspected. I waited for a phone call from sales which didn't come so after waiting a week I contacted them again. They asked if they could seen the tyres so I drove back to the tyre shop and took photos of them. Then I recieved a call saying the service manager didn't think it was their fault because their technicians are only trained to look at tread depth not poor wear or delaminated or faulty tyres and because there was over 5mm of tread then it's a pass. Then the used car manager said it wasn't his fault because he goes off what the service manager says. Can you believe that, now I didn't expect the world just perhaps two front tyres as a token but NOTHING! They wiped me like a dirty kitchen bench! It's obvious that a pathetic middle aged man whos reached the dizzying heights of a "used car manager" is more interested in KPI's of profit over customer service.Review from DM

Complete dishonesty in the entire Service department. My vehicle is under warranty and they will not honour the warranty and stating mistruths to Mitsubishi Canada. Biggest mistake they’ve made is that I have very email communication to prove they’re lying to head office. The internet is a very powerful tool to spread the word about businesses like this! We have no issues with claiming warranties, we always try to take a stand in favour of the customer. There is no incentive for us not to submit a warranty claim for payment. Having said that we can only provide the facts about the vehicle and the information we have to Mitsubishi to approve paying for the repairs. If you want the share the information you have with me I would be happy to review it. I cannot over ride a decision Mitsubishi has made but if the information was not accurate I would be happy to have it reviewed and re considered.Review from Muza E

They are dishonest. After paying the deposit you be under their mercy. The sales and financial people are the worst. Try to fix with ***** ******* you will see the arrogancy of the whole world.
