They do not do their do diligence to get all the information needed to properly protect their client and then proceed to blame the client after the fact for not asking for more. You will pay more if you hire them, your best bet is to take the ticket to court yourself as you will get the same deal. Look at their negative reviews, they try to claim that the people leaving bad reviews are not clients and the ones that were they try to humiliate by public sharing information about the ticket (which I believe is privileged and confidential information.) and once you leave a poor review you will most likely get some childish email labout how its your fault because they didnt do the job they were hired for.

This is an individual who simply cannot be pleased. We represented him and did EXACTLY like we said we would do. He was issued a ticket for speeding. He was targeted by laser. When he fist contacted us, he was looking for at least a reduction in demerits. We plead him not guilty. We requested and reviewed disclosure. The evidence against him proved he was in fact speeding and the ticket could not be withdrawn. When we quoted him, we told him that if the ticket could be withdrawn, it would be reduced. He retained our services on that premise. We eventually reduced the demerits by half and reduced his fine amount. Somehow he now believes that the officers committed "entrapment" which is absurd. No matter how much we tried explaining to him the officer's did everything correctly, he would not listen and is now obviously upset. Some individuals simply will not listen and cannot be helped.
