    I was sold the wrong sized central air conditioning unit for my home and the installed system will not cool as expected. Ran Ac for 5+ hours and the temperature dropped only 3- 4 degrees maximum. Which was the initial complaint I had less than 3 weeks after installation was done in June of 2021. I complained to Shannen who seems to be the only person that answers emails and calls for this business. She blamed the **** system of a brand new home built DEC 2020 by Landmark Properties (i moved in the 1st week of May 2021), a reputable company saying that businesses like them have been known to hire random journey men to install **** systems. Told her that was not possible as all the systems in my condo complex was installed by ************************* another reputable company which she claims to have never heard of, blamed the weather and also the air filters which I had changed the day after the ** was installed as suggested by *** who installed the system. I made them aware at time of installation that I needed a system that worked great as I dont do great in the heat. They installed a 1.5 ton ******* **************** a ****sq foot home. When by industry calculations nothing less than 2.0 will even begin to cool a house that size. I have sent multiple emails and had a phone conversation which all ended with abject rude by Shannen who I believe may be one of the owners of this business. I offered to pay a little more to get a bigger unit 2.5 tons as is expected from the size of my home. I would have even made do with 2.0 tons as most of my other neighbours in the same complex with the same **** system have she said no that my system could not possibly be the same and whoever installed those other units are not following the industry standards and only AirCentral is. Offered to even sign documents to forgo my warranty so I can get a better unit and she said that would not happen. So now stuck with a c*** system. Do not do business with these people!! No morality there.

    Nothing in this review is true or accurate. First we installed a GSX14, we have never even installed what she is saying. Second, she doesn't want to listen when we are telling her the issue. She has a *********** furnace and the ** size we put on IS the appropriate size. The problem is the person operating it. She does not have a clean filter from day one. We noted that when we did the install. Dirty filters are one of the main causes of a unit not working properly! But the biggest issue is she is turning the ** on at 8:00pm and then expecting it to cool instantly. The unit IS cooling as she mentioned just not fast enough for her...its not like a light switch and will instantly cools. She is wanting the ** to remove all the heat and humidity (it is VERY high humidity right now) instantly. That's not how ** works. We cant help someone who doesn't want to be helped or listen. She made all kinds of threats on the phone and was very belligerent and just talks over staff. She said she would be "leaving scathing reviews on every possible channel". But again, the problem is not us...or the unit...its the person operating it doesn't know how to operate it and has no interest in listening on what she is doing wrong.

    I do not expect anything different from an un-accredited business which has no moral standards, I have all the emails and voice conversations, photos and documentation required to take this further. For your information the homes air filters have been changed multiple times since installation first time being on June the 17th of 2021 after the system was installed by ***, last change was in June 2022. My home system keeps records of changes and I can provide photos of those logs as well. I am just rereading the post I made and yes I accept that I mistakenly typed ******* 13 instead of ******* 14 probably because I was really upset and didnt notice at the time of the review. That error I will own, unlike you Shannen and Air central Inc who have no morals. You are still blaming a hi velocity hvac system which all other homes in the condominium complex have and I have mentioned to you that you are making no sense with that argument. Currently the system has been running for over 14hrs and the temperature is going up instead of down. My job here is to warn others about your scam of a business. Everything else will be taken care of legally.
