I would give a zero star if I could. This business really confuses me. They are not clearly listed as Cougar Heating and air conditioning if you check registration and license. My permit was issued under a completely different name "Right Now Heating, ********************* It can be really confusing if a business is registered under multiple names. Based out of ID. Unfortunately my furnace was not installed correctly, verified by two other heating and air Co. They were quite amazed of the mistakes made. Parts left uninstalled in furnace cavity was the biggest shocker. I asked multiple times to have it fixed, got blown off until I said come uninstall and give full refund. At that point I asked for immediate removal and refund. Then I was forwarded to some other person who never could answer direct questions regarding the negligent install. Come to find out the venting was not updated and many other things and they even had me cancel my city inspection and never rescheduled because they never came out to fix the venting. I am getting the inspection this week, I had to reach out myself, normally the company schedules it. Please do your research. Also, I advise making sure the company has a business license in the ***************.
