Accreditation Consultant
BBB serving Central East Texas is currently seeking an Accreditation Consultant to join our team. The ideal applicant has excellent communications skills to effectively secure new business partnerships over the phone in our 19 county service area. Applicants must also be able to perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. Excellent organization, follow-up skills, high standards of conduct and professionalism required.

BBB serving Central East Texas, located in Tyler, offers a base pay with incentives based upon performance. Family friendly work schedule Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Retirement program available.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years success in sales;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
  • Be highly self-motivated and dependable;
  • Possess a high degree of professionalism; and
  • Be able to handle sensitive information and documents with confidentiality.
  • Bilingual skills and/or previous non-profit fundraising experience are a plus.

BBB Resolutions Consultant

BBB serving Central East Texas is currently seeking a BBB Resolutions Consultant to join our BBB Central East Texas team. BBB Resolutions Consultant will be responsible for efficiently and professionally managing the BBB complaint conciliation process between consumers and businesses according to BBB standards; providing services to prevent disputes and to maintain sound relationships; analyze information obtained, using knowledge of facts in issues and industry practices. Additional duties include making outbound calls or answering public phone lines. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service and communication skills; has the ability to neutralize difficult situations; extremely detail oriented and is able to multi-task while keeping a neutral and positive attitude. This position requires a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
