If I could give less stars I would. This company is completely unprofessional we were told they’ll “work with us” after THEY blew our motor on 12/29/2021 We were expected but not notified that we had a time limit for everything. So after blowing our motor and told it was on us to get it fixed they said they’d allow us to get another car with a new down payment on 1/12/2022 As we’re trying to get money and a ride there we get a call that we’re to late for a trade in and theirs nothing that can be done on 1/14/2022(We didn’t know we were trading in the other car). I asked about our things inside and we were told if we bring the keys they’ll give us our things. We finally got a way to Tyler on 1/25/2022 and asked could we pick up our things for their keys and we were told the things were thrown out. And the date they told us it was tossed was 1/14/2022. Its ridiculous how they work they literally picked the car up from my work place but instead of towing it they drove it (I had a water leak, found out on they way to work and just left the car there) which cause them to blow my motor. We get no reimbursement on the things loss nor do we have a chance for another car. For someone to “work” with us it wasn’t clear nor clarified that we had time limits for all these things. Nor was it fair to not be notified before my car was towed or before my things were tossed.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We take high priority in meeting our customers needs and abiding by said contract signed at the time of the sale. In regards to your comments, I believe there is probable cause as to why your vehicle was towed as well as processed. We do have a privacy policy and that information will not be disclosed here.
