I take a water sample to Berry every two weeks for testing--which they do for FREE. They tell us exactly what we need and when/how to add which chemicals. They also did the sand change for our filter, and it's working much more efficiently now. Thanks to Berry, our pool has been perfectly clear and clean all summer! They are the BEST!

When we stopped by to look at purchasing a pool we were treated like gold and were made to feel like this was the best place to purchase a pool by *******. She had us sold with her great sales personality and family atmosphere. My husband and I went home looked over everything talked about it and decided to go with it because they had everything we wanted in stock. So the next week we paid in full, we were told it was taking 6 weeks to install. This was ****** Since then we have been emailing it looks like **************** and she has basically informed us that they are just now installing pools purchased last year and blamed it on the pandemic. Ok, you know I took it as I don't know her so her rude worded email could just be here. Her email today was the same and now we are told we will be installed on 07/26/22. ******* was awesome in selling us the pool but the aftermath has been a total disaster. It's like they waited till they got our money to tell us the truth. We feel swindledBerry Family Pools Inc. Response

There were over 40 pools still waiting to be installed purchased from Sept 2021 thru his in April. I have no clue why he thought it would be installed in 6 weeks. Pandemic did change the ways pools come in now. Takes 8 to 10 months instead of days to a few weeks. We install 5 a week, so not slow. Just could not bump him ahead of others. Did not promise him that nor just to get the sale.
