ASAP Roofing put a new roof on my garage in September, 2019. The roof started to leak about 6 months ago, so I called the company and they sent a representative out in January. After looking at the damage, he told me that the slope of the roof required a different type of roofing than what was installed. He talked with management and they agreed the job was done incorrectly the first time. They honored their warranty and last month tore off the old roofing and decking and installed the proper shingles, all at no cost to me! I am beyond happy and so impressed with this great customer service. I highly recommend these folks for your roofing needs. Any company can initially install a roof, but not many would come back after 3 years and repair their work with no hassle or arguing with me. ASAP roofing lived up to all their promises. ***********************, branch manager, explained exactly what would happen when they installed my roof. He answered all my questions and worked with my insurance adjuster to get my roof done. The ASAP roofing crew worked quickly and cleaned up all materials around my house.ASAP and **** were honest and professional with all aspects of my roof.************Review from Michael B

Last summer we had tremendous winds blow the shingles off of my house roof, my shop building and my boat dock. ASAP roofing was out at my house the next day. They tarped my house to ensure that we did not get any more water damage. ***** promptly worked up a quote, and answered any questions I had regarding color, material and Insurance claim questions. Thier crew showed up 2 weeks later at 8AM, tarped around the house to catch the old shingles and nails. I couldn't believe it but, they had all three buildings completed by 5PM that day. The crew they sent out was professional and skilled. They left the ********* of debris. Honestly, no nails in the riding mower last summer.I highly recommend the **** team. Called and requested an inspection from storm damage. ASAP was the quickest to respond. **** came out, conducted a thorough inspection, provided lots of pictures and explained everything as we asked. Were very pleased thus far with **** and look forward to working with them as we move forward with our roof replacement.Review from John H

Do not use this company. They will not honor the warranty they give. My roof is only 7 months old and is leaking already. I called ASAP and talked to a lady named ****. I told her what was going on and she said that I threatened the crew, then said I cussed her out the week before. I told her that today was the 1st time I had ever spoken to her and that no crew has been back at my house! Then she changed her story and said my house wasn't covered under warranty even though I have all the documentation showing it is. They are just using any excuse they can to avoid fixing their bad work!
