              This company sent out two very inexperienced workers who apparently did not have a clue on how to fix anything. That, plus they shut off my main sprinkler valve and I am unable to water my lawn and plants.

              Im sorry you feel this way and honestly surprised this is first negative comment on the two men that were called out for your service are highly recommended and requested by other customers. Unfortunately, the ground was to wet and was not able to locate leak and explained that they needed to shut system off over weekend to dry up which is standard procedure if ground is extremely wet. On Monday you were worked back into the schedule to finish up even though we were fully booked that day. Then received a message that if we could not return right now than you would like for the hole to filled and turn water back on without repairing. Technicians were returning that that day but just not able to at that given moment. Later returned and filled hole and turned water back on without repairing as requested.Please note that we try to serve everyone with professional and in a timely manner the best we can during the busiest season.
