    Id give it 0 stars if I could they dont even deserve one. They stole money from me after charging for a service I didnt receive, they made my tooth so much worse that I had to see a specialist to fix it and I almost lost my tooth because of that. Wont give me my money back and continue to belittle me.

    ******************* came in for a procedure that we were unable to complete due to equipment failure. We offered her to come back to complete the procedure once the equipment was operable, she declined. The staff were kind and tried to be accommodating. We did offer to reimburse her for the procedures not completed (at the appointment time), she declined at that time stating "she did not want the money back". Our front desk patient coordinator did tell her she would be getting a refund, since that was the right thing to do if she wasn't coming back. She also asked why she didn't want to schedule and she stated she wanted to go somewhere else. She called back the next day and requested the refund and was very rude and using foul language. She texted asking about when she would receive the refund. I told her via text, once the insurance paid for the procedures that was completed, I would be able to issue her a refund. She was a little confused about that, but after explaining, she understood. I have credited back her CareCredit Card, that was used at her appointment, a partial credit at this time and waiting on the insurance to finish processing our claim. I only filed the procedures that Dr. *** stated were done at the appointment time. We have not and have never stolen any monies from our patients. She has since gone on social media stating these false claims.
