I have two trains of emails in which I have prepared appropriate documentation for the Arbors on Chimney Rock regarding my renters (**** insurance policy), specifically the Declaration statement to both ******* and ********* proving that I did in fact alter my policy when asked in June 2023 by the company. I provided the updated policy in June 2023 in person to ******, front desk worker and when ********* took over management I provided an additional copies November 30, 2023 - current by email. After pointing out the one page Declarations document (Renters Policy) with the updated information to ******* in the office on March 1st, 2024, she wrote back in acknowledgment that they had made a mistake and were submitting it to the regional office for the **** insurance fee of $25.00 for March to be applied to my April statement. Since I could prove a valid renters insurance by email documentation since November 30, 2023 - March 2024 I have emailed ******* back in order to have credits applied to my account and the renters insurance deducted from my statement for the remainder of my lease contract ending August 31, 2024. I am being unfairly charged an additional **** renters fee of $25.00 every month without resolution all the while providing appropriate documentation to the appropriate parties.
