So, as you can tell, there tends to be a trend with ****. I can start by saying that any rebuttal will be a lie.. Bottom line is once he gets your deposit, you are no longer a priority it seems. I jumped through my you know what to get a check overnighted and while **** and his wife, the only two people that can apparently do anything at this place, decided to take a day off. He knew I overnighted a check and did not even have the decency to respond to my inquiries or the decency to let me know that he received the check. I have been inquiring regularly about the history of the car as well as trying to arrange shipping. He emailed me back and said he would get back to me and he did not. So, I called the dealership or whatever its is and some guy answered and had no clue about anything and said, oh yeah the check is here but **** took the day off. Told him to let **** know to call me since **** didnt have the curtesy to call me himself. This place has like 10 cars so how busy can they be? So when I ask **** why he left me hanging he decided to become irate and start yelling at me and calling me names like jerk. Immediately threatened to send my deposit back like he had some type of punishment to deliver to me. I explained to him the reasons for my frustration and also was looking for some kind of feedback on shipping arrangements since **** already had my deposit and check. He also tried to tell me the check was some big to-do with the bank and all he has to do was place a 5 minute phone call to the bank and we were done. I was also surprised to see that such a tiny little dealership had these types of reviews.. So if you want to deal with someone who is rude to you and will yell over you and threaten you to cancel your deal if you dont like what **** has to say, go for it. I would suggest you avoid as to not be called names and be talked down to, there are others reputable dealers that will value you as a customer.. Reply will be a lie folks.
