Do NOT trust this business. Asked for a therapist who was initially recommended, and trained for our our specific needs, which in the beginning worked great. Called to reschedule, and was CONFIRMED we would see the same therapist, however was switched to a different therapist, with no warning or approval and with zero knowledge, then stuck with the full bill for a basic **************** "How do we feel"? When brought to their attention for their error in scheduling error, I'm directed to Billing where it's been a total disaster trying to get follow through to clear up their error.. It's been over 6 months to make the correction on our account to avoid collections, and billing will either not answers my calls, or gives the excuse it has to go through several people before it's corrected. When finally contacted, people in ****************** are extremely unhelpful and RUDE, tell you "It's not their problem".! Which they finally ADMIT it was their mistake. Almost a year and can't correct 1 billing issue, yet told me it will go to collections . . . SAD! Look at their poor customer rating of 2.80 out of 5,, other customers experiencing the same issues, customer BEWARE!! Unethical practice!
