    On 1/10 I brought my car in to get my driver side mirror replaced. **** who is the manager gave me a loaner vehicle why my car was being fixed. I was going to work, which was in ********* andI was about 10 minutes away from my destination when the check engine light came on and the car broke down on the highway. I called **** and told him what had just happened. He asked if I ran out of gas multiple times and the gas gauge still was saying around an 1/8 of a tank and was definitely not on E. I was planning to get gas once I got to my destination because I knew I could make it on the gas I had. I of course told him no because I wasn't and the check engine light came on. This was around 11 in the morning and he said he will get someone out there, but nobody was available right now. He said it would take at least an hour to get someone out there. Luckily the police came by and helped me out and brought me to the gas station. I got picked up by someone I work with and went to work. I had to keep checking with **** to see when someone would get out there and eventually a person arrived at around 4. They brought me another vehicle and picked up the other one. I called him the next day and he tells me the car was out of gas and he has to charge me $200. Supposedly they put gas in the loaner and said it started right up. Of course I get upset and ask what happens if I refuse to pay it because I know the gas tank was not empty. **** tells me well we have your car. I tell him well I have your car to, so what's your point. He says if he has to he will call the police and start that action. He also claimed he had people around him, so they are hearing everything we are talking about and are witnesses. Very unprofessional because our disagreement should not be public knowledge...that was between me and him to figure out. So I brought the car back because I wanted to just get my car and move on and as soon as I got there he tells me the owner said cash only. I told him I don't have cash on me because he never told me that and was refusing to give me my car until I got cash. They refused to take any other form of payment. So I left and got cash and brought it in. They gave me a faulty car and blamed me for it, so they didn't have to pay anything and charge me for it. It was a towing expense regardless, so they could of put it on their insurance and got paid back, but instead they told me I should see if my insurance covers it.
