Around mar. 10 2022, we bought a vehicle from car city and the gentleman that "helped" us finance a car told us it had a new engine and a new transmission on top of other things they replaced on the vehicle. So we had assumed everything was good on the vehicle. The following day when they had cleared us to come and get the vehicle after the supposedly did a 360 inspection to make sure it was road worthy. They did not do that ************************************************************************************************************************************************************** the car. Then the security they had installed kill stitched our engine even tho we made our payments on time up to that point now were stuck with a vehicle we can even drive hasn't really been able to drive In the last 2 months we have taken it to multiple mechanic shops and even a **** dealer ship and no body can figure out what's wrong with the car we try getting a hold of their warranty center for help the supervisor won't even return a phone cal and I've been calling since Monday of last week after we took it to the **** dealership so we could figure out what to do me and my woman have both lost our jobs because of this vehicle we just want someone to do the right thing and either give us our money back and take the car so we can get a vehicle that actually runs or to just give us a different vehicle that isn't having numerous problems like this one I know all car are gonna have their problems but this one I ritually almost took my family from !e the day we got this vehicle please help us
