Wrenches installed a new transmission in my **** Camaro amongst other work. Some of the issues weren't discovered until 2 years afterwards while doing other work on the car. The transmission failed after less than 600 mi due to it being built incorrectly. I have invoices, photographs, and other documents supporting this. The transmission cross member was butchered to fit rather than buy the correct one. It was only held on with two bolts rather than four. The transmission cooling lines were cut and rubber hose and hose clamps were added to account for the longer transmission resulting in leaks. They also rebuilt the rear brakes on the car backwards. They said they cleaned and flushed the brake lines but the brake cylinders were leaking. The carburetor linkage bellcrank was randomly drilled to fit a too short linkage rod when a new one was available for less than $30. The rear differential that they rebuilt was clunking loudly during turns. I had to drain and refill and add posi additive to correct this. There was paint over spray all over underneath the car. All in all they did a very poor job on my award-winning classic car. I asked them for a refund for only the transmission work and he flatly refused.
