              On August 25 we ordered a *************** A.F.C ************************* Jersey in size M for $70.14 from the Warner **** shop. On September 7th, I reached out to locate my order or get tracking details.. no response. Their response time is supposed to be the same day within 9am-5pm. I tried again the following day on the 8th and still no response, then again on the 9th and finally they tell me it would be arriving no later than the 20th. When the item was finally received it was too small. Again we reached out to them in hopes of getting a bigger size as their sizing chart seems to be inaccurate, no response. On October 6th I reached out again, then on the 7th again with still no response. Today I've reached out yet again and I'm sure will still not receive a response. It looks like this isn't only happening to us but to a lot of others as well. I've seen tons of reviews saying they have no received items that they were charged for, no one is getting any type of response from the company. It is ridiculous. My order number is WB16617.

              I tried to order an item from their online shop. 2 weeks went and there was no communication on the shipment of my item. They took my money but no item. Now 4 weeks out they refuse to answer emails and even after I have started a resolution with PayPal no communication. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a major company. I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this company. I can only hope that I get my money back.
