            In august of 2022 affordable sprinklers came out to a cross connection control testing the job was done but the testing result were never submitted.The *************** just want the results.And my sprinkler did past testing.

            This customer made an appointment then wasn't home my tech spent 5 minutes knocking when he called the customer expected my tech to sit and wait for him to get home. To keep payroll to a minimum we don't sit and wait for people to drive home when customer didn't like that response he became verbally abusive and using foul language **** si.oly told him good luck with someone else good bye. We record inside the trucks and I heard the speaker phone conversation what this customer isn't saying g is how he said all his other experiences with our co.pany for years was great....you can't cuss someone out to get your way sorry I see no fault in my employees actions after reviewing the camera footage

            Whoever responded to my complaint is a liar. My daughter was present so there is absolutely no way that I would ever use profanity in her presence. I challenge the company to provide a manuscript of our conversation. With all that being said this is not a company that should be carried by the BBB.
