On 6/10 this company came to do the roof on my neighbors house next door to me, the whole thing was a disaster to MY property. As I was at work, I had guys jumping the fence into my backyard multiple times, they parked their trailer on part of my front lawn which gave them no choice to go through my flowers to go into the backyard which in turn messed up my flowers which were there before I left for work and werent when I arrived home and and damaged a couple of my solar lights. I get home from work to all this, I was angry, and all the workers then in turn became irate with me and I couldnt even go outside in my backyard to let my dogs out. They were threatening and aggressive to me. Supervisor came to help diffuse the situation and rectify things. I expressed my concern multiple times as well and said said I hope there are no nails in my pool as these guys were VERY reckless. I was told there shouldnt be any in my pool. Well low and behold I have lost water in my pool and have already found 1 nail that has punctured a hole. My pool is not even a year old, was only up for 2 months last year and a month this year. I spent 2 years saving my money and looking for this specific pool and finally got it and now to have it damaged in just one day from the recklessness of these workers. Which now I believe was most likely done on purpose. I spent a lot of money on this pool and I dont make that much money. I am very angry that I now need to replace this pool after only getting 3 months use out it because of an incompetent company. I spent almost $800 on this pool and the water itself cost me $130, to replace the pool is going to cost nearly $1000. I have sent a picture of the nail found and have said it punctured my pool to the supervisor and got no response, I tried to call the company as well and no answer. I want a replacement for my pool that they damaged.
