      This place is a rip off. They dont do what they say. they sell a job and only do half of what they said they would do. Had to do the job twice and still wasn't correct. Never received a receipt even after I called twice and talked to somebody. So I guess I have no warranty or guarantee? They act like there all concerned but no action.

      i brought a condo not knowing the basement wall had previously been worked on, and that it had failed, fs360 came in did a great job, very polite, and cleaned everything up along the way, i will highly recommened fs360 to anyone

      **Consumer Update**

      "I feel that my concern has been taken seriously and resolved. The owner called me and answered my questions about what could have happened with the first call (the answering service may not have been clear with me which Tuesday the appointment was for--that day or the following Tuesday). He apologized for the second instance where the receptionist should have called me back. He assured me of their legitimacy and made a new appointment with me to try again. Thank you."

      I called the company early in the morning about a possible crawlspace issue. They asked for my name, phone number, address, email and some of the background of the issue. I gave them the information except for my email which I said I wanted to hold on till I knew if they could even come over. The person who spoke with me did not press for that at first and continued the intake process. When it came to scheduling an appointment though, she told me they needed my email address. I did give it and then was given a 6pm (that day) appointment for someone to come over and do an initial inspection. Also, I believe I was to receive an email confirmation. I did not receive an email confirmation.Shortly after 6pm when no one arrived, I called back the company. The person who answered said that she would have to check to see if there was an available technician. I asked how I could have been given an appointment if there wasn't someone available. She said she'd have to check the schedule and call me back. She confirmed my name, and I think most of my information. I never got a call back that evening or even two days later (as I'm filing this review/complaint). I feel this is very unprofessional at the least and perhaps even predatory given that the company has my information.I would very much appreciate the BBB finding out about this company and getting back with me. Thank you.

      **** and ******* from FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS 360 recently reconfigured and installed the downspout on my home to allow for the installation of a section of fencing. They arrived around 8:30 a.m. and spent hours IN THE RAIN grading the dirt and installing the new downspout and fence section that had been removed preceding house foundation work. **** arrived the following day and worked AGAIN in the rain. His knowledge, expertise, and work ethic exceed the standards of any contractor who has ever completed work on my home of 20 + years. His attention to *****************, and quality are amazing. After having completed the work, ****--still working in the rain--took the time to hose down my driveway leaving it tidy and dirt-free. Call Foundation Solutions 360 to reach a company that is dedicated to meeting customers' needs and to helping resolve difficult home issues. I am impressed by Foundation Solutions 360 and the honest, cometent, professional way they do business, as well as their commitment to doing a good job and to customer satisfaction.,

      **Consumer Update: Foundation Solutions 360 was able to resolve a situation in which they were replacing window wells and a drainage issue in my basement. They came out again, free of charge, and rectified the situation to my satisfaction.
      I would give their company four stars for correcting the situation, and resolving any issues that were a problem before.

      I had a terrible experience with this company. The original excavation was not done correctly, and when requesting them to rectify the situation, was told I would need to pay an additional $3500 to have them return, even though I was not at fault. The owner was arrogant, and unreasonable, and not willing to comply with their own number 1 goal: customer satisfaction to say nothing of the quality of their companys workmanship and integrity. I would caution anyone against hiring Foundation Solutions 360! AliceVW

      Honest and Awesome! I thought I had a foundation issue and ************** was the first company I had out for an estimate. ***** explained everything in detail, pointed out several areas on the exterior of my home which could be causing my problems. He offered and interior and exterior solution price. I had two other companies come out and the 2nd one had me thinking my issue was much worse...same with the third company. I reached out to ***** and said the problems were worse than he thought and he asked if we could chat...NO PRESSURE to go with his company. After checking a few areas of my current water system, I decided to call him back. Thank God I did! ***** told me to first call my plumber to check out the current system. I did, and the next day the plumber came out and UNCLOGGED my current system. I didn't need a new one :) If it wasn't for *****'s honesty, I would have been paying a ton more money. Thank you to ***** and the owners of Foundation Solutions 360 for caring about the customer AHEAD of your profit!!!! If I (or any of my friends/family) need foundation work, I will call/recommend this company!!!!

      360 Foundations did a great job with my basement work. They were punctual and cleaned up totally after the job. I had work done because when I removed the paneling from the basement walls I discovered that the drainage channel that was along the bottom of the walls was just a simple "V" cut into the floor. They came out and installed a real drainage channel with pea gravel and a gutter like channel that would carry water to the new sump pump installed in a corner. I already had a sump pump but it also holds the radon system so an additional crock with a backup battery seemed the way to go . I have a dry basement but being in a flood way I think being proactive is smart. I found that all of the employees were polite, pleasant and professional. Always interested in making sure I was happy with their work. Service is very important to the company.

      AT THIS TIME - I'D RATHER NOT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR!!!!!Today is December 27, 2022 - I have been waiting since December 21, 2022 for ANY correspondence to the complaint that I reviewed in person with the salesman, R.T., who signed off on my documentation, that he agreed my concerns were valid.... All home renovations that had been scheduled to take place after the leveling of the home, have to be rescheduled due to the 934 Square foot home NOT BEING LEVEL after $13,950.00 payment was made. CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION in dealing with this company!!!! I will update as soon as they communicate with me...... I hope to be able to leave a glowing report, but at this time, I cannot.

      The worst customer service ever. Actually in the middle of a lawsuit with this company. They lie the entire time, and try to up-charge everything possible. Horrible scheduling. I highly recommend anyone NOT to work with this company. They will try to rip you off.

      **Consumer Update: 

      The company had a difficult challenge with a house that is over 100 years old.  It took effort on our part, through pictures and research, to convince them to correct and follow-through in order to get the system corrected and completed.

      We don't know what other companies would have done in this situation, and will refer Foundation Solution to other home owners in need of basement waterproofing.  We hope that perhaps what they went through in our situation will help them in the future with other century homes.

      We initially contacted Foundation Solutions 360, LLC, to get a quote for water-proofing the basement of our 108 year-old house. The salesman came out and described what the best solution the company he represented could do. They would dig a channel along the floor of the basement walls in the area that flooded most frequently. After the drain was dug, they would attach a sectioned plastic shield against the wall to channel the water to the floor drain.That was exactly what was done - EXCEPT: They did not consider the grade of the floor in order to shape the channel downward to the drain. The floor drain was replaced but the drain opening was redone and elevated above floor level (like a small hill) instead of being installed as a downward slope.The first year, we had no flooding, but there wasn't a much rain/snow as this year. This year we've got water standing and not draining correctly. We spent (out of our limited funds) money to have our drain snaked because we thought it was a sewer issue. It wasn't. We called the company; two men came to examine the situation. They dug out sections along the wall where water was streaming into the basement. They removed the improperly installed floor drain but couldn't fix the problem. They ended up leaving a pit in front of the washing machine and wall sections un-repaired. After multiple phone calls to the company, almost a week later, the Warranty Manager came out and filled in the pit and re-sloped the sections along the wall that had been removed. However, water continues to flow into the basement. We are not getting an answer from the company, nor is anyone returning to discuss what the problem is, or provide any possible solutions.So, at this point, not only are we left having paid a **** to fix our basement, but Habitat for Humanity, who helped fund this repair due to our income and because my husband is a Veteran, has invested in a non-completed project.

      Hello ***********************,Appreciate the time to reach out to us. Our supervisor reported the findings that your floor drain is not deep enough in the 108 year home you have. The solution was to install a sump pump and discharge for the drain tile. It was scheduled to be installed the following week. We discounted the cost of a floor drain and 50% off an install of sump pump. You told us you would have the money the following week for install. Once we came out to your home, you informed us you didn't want to pay for a sump pump because the electrical outlet was also needed. We want to help you with any problems you might have, we will reach out to you again and try to resolve any matter. Regards,***

      Sir, unfortunately the information you shared was not totally accurate. A sump pump was mentioned after the pit in the basement was dug and the drain situation was discovered. The gentleman who mentioned the sump pump, looked around the flooding area and was not confident of where it could be installed. When he mentioned the first offer ($800 and then eventually went to the $600), he was informed that we cannot afford to purchase a sump pump - we don't have extra money. Therefore, we did NOT say we would have the money the following week for an installation, especially because 1. There was no reasonable location for the pump; 2. We get paid once-a-month are are on a very tight budget and cannot afford to buy a sump pump. 3. There was NO contact to the City about where the drain would be discharged to. Who was going to do that research? I did call the City last week and found that it's likely we could be grandfathered into connecting to the City's sewer system. However, we still cannot pay for a sump pump.Your nicely designed, professional-looking brochure does what you paid a designer to do: Appear confident that your company knows what it's doing. My husband and I are positive your statements are smoke and mirrors. Your company touts a "Lifetime Transferrable Warranty" that allows current and future owners "peace of mind from our foundation solutions." and that your company is "equipped to handle all the repairs your home might need to stand on solid ground." Hmm. The contract signed by us does not itemize a limited warranty, or that any failures would be the responsibility of the owner. There is NOTHING in the contract that states additional cost to the home owner if different equipment is needed. Since your system has failed completely, we expect a refund. Your salesperson, inspector, and lead construction people led us to believe your company knew what it was doing. Obviously we were taken in by the hopes that your company was being truthful. You mentioned to my husband that you didn't know how shallow the drain was. How many other homes are being left in the condition ours is now? The agencies who helped with this project are being informed that we will no longer refer your company...unless you make your brochure's words really mean something.
