***** and ****** were fantastic to work with on the sale of our note payments. They found a good option that worked well for our needs and did not try to push anything on us that was unfavorable to our situation. We even needed to fix some title work in the process and they had it completed quickly and accurately with little effort needed by me. In all, we were able to close our process in just a little over 30 days. Would definitely work with these folks in the future!

I had been receiving letters from First National for years but never called them before. On Nov 28 I filled out the online form. Got an offer the same day from ********. Closed on Dec. 22 and received the wire on Dec. 23. They had a mobile notary come out to my apartment so I actually never had to even go to a title company. Definitely recommend these folks.

You need to recognize that the entire experience doesn't solely center around Mr. ****************** But he does represent First Acceptance in the entire transaction, including the closing. The traveling notary/closing agent that was assigned to me was a disaster and I walked out of the closing because this person was just rude and inflexible. I requested another closing agent, and the closing went just as it should have; however, when I contacted ************ to notify him of my problem with the closing agent, he failed to return both of the messages I left, and I consider this to be derelict. Because ************ failed to even get back to me with the slightest acknowledgment of this issue, I decided to withhold my offer to sell first national acceptance **** of America a much larger note. In other words, First National Acceptance **** of America missed out on a $20,000 or more commission/sale because I was not treated properly, in my opinion. Thank you, ***********************, ************** *****

I just got started doing a transaction a few weeks ago, and I'm feeling swindled. ********************* with FNAC in ******************, and **************** from *************** work together, and it appears they're scamming. A deal was struck with me (note holder), and I was told repeatedly that all was going smoothly. Then, later, after papers are signed, I'm told by them that there's a glitch, and they cannot accept monthly payments. I'm worried that the innocent person (who is willing, eager and able to make payments) will get foreclosed upon. **** and ****** don't seem willing to lift a finger to try and fix this issue. Why should they? If the buyer defaults, **** and ****** stand to gain, by repossession, a nice property in ******! It's a slick scam, and it looks like it's going to work - to ******* an innocent young person out of her dream home. I feel awful because I told the buyer not to worry. I based my assurances on the word of **** and ****** - both of whom appear to be swindlers. I hate to see a young lady thrown out of her house due to slick city swindlers' lying and deception.

We are responding to the complainant directly in the interest of protecting potentially sensitive consumer information.

My little LLC sold a note to FNAC and I worked with *********************. The entire process went smoothly and **** was very helpful throughout. My requested changes to the contract were all accepted and we closed without a hitch. If I have any future need where **** and FNAC would be an option I would use them again. ***************
