We bought a spec home in Feb 2021 in the Walnut Ridge subdivision. While the home as a whole appears nice the experience with Capital Custom has been subpar especially with working with their warranty department. There is a huge lack of attention to detail especially with a home at a larger price point. We had walkthrough items that were not addressed prior to our close that should have been and two months later the blue/green tape is still hanging on some walls. We have a huge drywall splatter on one of our walls that warranty does not even want to fix that they auto closed a ticket on. Warranty issues take many weeks to address some are auto closed without anyone ever coming out. You can not reach a live person. The only person who answers their phone is the sales manager Teresa. Eric who is supposed to be our warranty person for our subdivision never answers the phone and never returns a single phone call or email. The customer service experience from this builder has turned out to be horrible. With so many little issues piling up and no customer service it makes you wonder if there are larger issues for a house that was over 500k.
